Jean and Graziella Luciani of the legendary Café des Platanes, a landmark on Île-Rousse's Place Paoli, have entered the world of high-end ice cream parlors just a few steps from their café.
Their creations, with flavors from the island of beauty, such as Corsican fig sorbet, grape-strawberry sorbet or red wine and Corsican peach sorbet, not forgetting the must-have vanilla-canistrelli, chestnut and other ice creams.
The House also has a secret for creating exclusive ice creams: cookie, burger, sushi, semifreddo bites... all eye-catchers that tantalize the palate!
During the festive season, they treat us to their ice cream creations, with colorful logs like La Sorbetto (mango, raspberry and meringue) or their Christmas tree-shaped eskimo, a clever blend of cheesecake and eskimo.
